Deliveries are available across designated serviceable locations in Hyderabad, Telangana, Monday through Saturday.
Our meals are prepared fresh for your selected delivery date. Depending on the meal, ingredients may be sourced and prepared the evening before, including soaking where required, and the meal is cooked fresh the following morning before delivery.
Delivery timing and availability depend on the selected delivery date, serviceable location, daily meal capacity, and operational conditions.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

Because each order is prepared specifically for the selected delivery date, please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change your order.
Cancellation requests are subject to whether ingredient sourcing, preparation, or cooking for the order has already begun.
If preparation has not yet started, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the cancellation and process an eligible refund.
Once ingredients have been sourced or preparation has begun for your order, cancellation may no longer be eligible for a refund.
If you receive an incorrect meal or an item is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
