CommunicationsBy creating an account or purchasing a meal plan on our service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information we may send via email or **WhatsApp**. Purchases & DeliveryIf you wish to purchase a meal plan (“Purchase”), you must supply relevant information including your billing address and shipping information in **Hyderabad**.* **Delivery**: We currently serve selected areas in Hyderabad. We reserve the right to cancel orders if the delivery address is outside our current service zone.* **Accuracy**: You represent that the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.* **Third Parties**: We use third-party services (e.g., Cashfree/Razorpay) for payment processing. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide this information to these parties.### 3. Subscriptions (Meal Plans)Our meal plans are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”).* **Billing**: You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., a 25-day cycle) depending on the plan selected.* **Automatic Renewal**: At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or we cancel it.* **Cancellations**: You may cancel or pause your subscription by contacting our support team at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.### 4. Fee Changes Nourish & Revive, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change.### 5. Refunds Except when required by law or in cases of significant service failure (e.g., non-delivery), paid Subscription fees are **non-refundable**. Trial meals (₹350) are non-refundable once the preparation has started.### 6. Accounts When you create an account, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18. Inaccurate or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.### 7. Intellectual Property The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including our specific healthy meal menus and branding) are the exclusive property of Nourish & Revive.### 8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of **Telangana, India**, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.### 9.
