Meal Delivery Policy
Deliveries are available across designated serviceable locations in Hyderabad, Telangana, Monday through Saturday.
Our meals are prepared fresh for your selected delivery date. Depending on the meal, ingredients may be sourced and prepared the evening before, including soaking where required, and the meal is cooked fresh the following morning before delivery.
Delivery timing and availability depend on the selected delivery date, serviceable location, daily meal capacity, and operational conditions.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
Trial Offer
The 1-day trial includes one selected meal:
- Veg — ₹350
- Non-Veg — ₹450
- Soup & Salad — ₹350
First-time trial orders also include a FREE ABC Juice worth ₹150.
Trial offers are subject to daily meal capacity and delivery availability.
Customization
Customers may provide customization instructions during the ordering process. We will make reasonable efforts to follow the submitted customization instructions.
Availability of specific ingredients or substitutions may depend on the day’s ingredients and kitchen availability.
Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Payments are collected securely through our payment gateway before meal preparation begins.
If a payment is debited but the order is not successfully confirmed, please contact us with the payment/reference details so we can verify the transaction.
Delivery Information
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
If a delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, inaccessible location, or inability to contact the customer, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer and find an appropriate resolution.
Dietary Information & Allergies
Customers should inform Nourish & Revive of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or ingredients they need to avoid before placing an order.
While we take reasonable care when preparing customized meals, our kitchen may handle multiple ingredients and allergens.
Customers with severe or medically significant allergies should contact us before ordering so that we can confirm whether we can safely accommodate their requirements.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that meals are prepared fresh specifically for the selected delivery date.
